  • easySTART - Starting your event the smart way



    Getting a lot of people registered in the morning is a stressful for both the attendees as well as event staff! It needs to get done as quickly as possible as everyone arrives during a short time frame and is in a hurry. Let us help make it easier and quicker for both you and your attendees!

    How does it work?

    1. The attendee receives the electronic tickets by email
    Email the electronic tickets a couple of days before the event. The ticket contains a barcode with their unique registration code.

    2. The attendee decides how they want to use the ticket
    a) They can print it and bring it on paper OR
    b) They can show the ticket on their phone OR
    c) They can add the ticket to their Apple Wallet on their iPhone

    3. The attendee scans their ticket at a self-serve station or presents it to a registration staff member
    The self-register station consists of a tablet on a tablet stand and a high performance bar code scanner. Alternatively you can have staff holding the tablet and the barcode scanner. The scanning is really simple:

    If there is a problem with the registration, e.g. it is not paid or has been cancelled then the attendee is directed to the registration desk where you can deal with the problem in person.

    4. The attendee picks up her goodie bag (if applicable).
    This gives some more time to find the right name tag.

    5. The attendee gets her name tag from registration staff.
    The staff were notified by the system which name tag to get as soon as she scanned her ticket.

    What do I need?

    A tablet with internet connection (with a tablet stand)
    You can rent the tablet and tablet stand from us.

    A high performance bar code scanner
    You can rent the barcode scanner from us. We provide reliable high performance scanners which quickly scan barcodes from paper or smartphone screens.

    A laptop or desktop computer for registration staff to pick the name tags
    Registration staff will get notified which name tag to find seconds after the ticket was scanned:

    Once a name tag has been found they remove the name from the list.

    What are the advantages?

    Process registrations a lot faster
    The scanner and easyREG take about 2 seconds to complete the registration. Using paper lists and registration staff take at least 1-2 minutes for the same job. Attendees are registered much quicker and have a much better experience right from the start.

    How does it work?

    1. The exhibitor asks for permission to scan tbe barcode on the attendee's nametag.

    2. The exhibitor uses the camera of his smartphone to quickly scan the barcode.

    3. easyEXHIBITOR gets the attendee's data securely from the easyREG server.

    4. The exhibitor can edit the data or add a note.

    5. The exhibitor can email a file with the collected data at any time.

    What do I need?

    1. Each attendee needs a barcode on their nametag. easyREG will take care of that.

    2. The exhibitor has the easyEXHIBITOR app installed on their Apple or Android smart phone.

    3. The exhibitor needs his personal access code to use easyEXHIBITOR.
